We are seeking a LDC Adopt Mgr. Logistics - Operations who is responsible for driving the execution of Novartis’ ambition to turn data and digital into a strategic asset to drive actionable insights across the organization. Accountable for deployment of the SAP (S4 HANA) based processes for supply chain logistics, warehousing and distribution planning for manufacturing sites. This involves aligning the solution with business needs, guiding the local Adopt team, knowledge transfer and supporting issue escalation while collaborating with various LDC workstreams and local stakeholders. Working in accordance with legislation, internal rules, good practices and business objectives.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute Business Readiness Assessments and F2C workshops in collaboration with the Core team, liase with other functions for integrated topics
• Perform high quality Adopt Enablement & Regions Risk Management activities at Global & Local level in partnership with ERC and proactive mitigation of evolving risks
• Drive Change Management activities such as Change impact assessments, Training Needs assessment and communication efforts in support of successful go live
• Ensure high quality, effective Data Migration (including data cleansing & verification) so business operations function smoothly at go live, including verification & sign off
• Support Successful completion of User Acceptance Testing for all Releases
• Ensure smooth ramp up of business operations according to cutover plan and defined business ramp up plan
• Ensure effective hypercare phase with swift resolution of identified issues including defects and S&A challenges

Essential Requirements:
• Higher education degree or other relevant areas relating to supply chain management, logistics, warehousing and distribution.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a relevant field.

• Advance knowledge of SAP.
• Active knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Highly motivated, independent and self-initiative.

Vaše ključne odgovornosti:

• Koordinacija in izvajanje ocene pripravljenosti poslovanja in delavnic F2C v sodelovanju z osnovno ekipo, povezovanje z drugimi funkcijami za integrirane teme.
• Izvedba aktivnosti za omogočanje visokokakovostne implementacije in upravljanje tveganj v regijah na globalni in lokalni ravni v partnerstvu z ERC in proaktivno nadziranje tveganj.
• Vodenje aktivnosti upravljanja sprememb, kot so ocena vpliva sprememb, ocena potreb po usposabljanju in prizadevanja za komunikacijo v podporo uspešni implementaciji.
• Zagotovitev kvalitetne, učinkovite migracije podatkov (vključno s čiščenjem in preverjanjem podatkov), da poslovanje ob začetku dela teče nemoteno, vključno s preverjanjem in potrditvijo.
• Podpora uspešnega dokončanja testiranja sprejemljivosti uporabnikov za vse izdaje.
• Zagotovitev gladkega pospeševanje poslovanja v skladu z načrtom prehoda in določenim načrtom pospeševanja poslovanja.
• Zagotovitev učinkovite faze hiper-nege s hitro rešitvijo prepoznanih težav, vključno s pomanjkljivostmi in ​​izzivi S&A.

Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
• Visokošolska stopnja izobrazbe iz področja upravljanja dobavne verige, logistike, skladiščenja ali distribucije ali drugega ustreznega področja.

• Aktivno znanje angleškega jezika.
